| a) |
That the Hirer will pay the Owner the cost of replacing
any fitting, article or utensil lost, damaged or destroyed during the
hiring, and also the cost of making good damage to the caravans during
the hiring. |
| b) |
That the Owner will accept no liability in respect of personal
injury or damage suffered by the Hirer, any member of his family, guests
or persons occupying or entering the caravan with the Hirers permission. |
| c) |
That the Hirer will leave the caravan clean and tidy. Due
to lack of storage space vacuum cleaners are not in the caravans but are
available on request from the reception area. |
| d) |
The caravan may be occupied from 2.00 p.m. on the day of
arrival and must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the morning of departure. |
| e) |
The Owner reserves the right to refuse admission to any
other persons other than those mentioned on the booking form. |
| f) |
We regret that no parties compromised wholly of Males, Females
or Teenagers can be accommodated. |
| g) |
Only persons entered on the booking form can be accommodated.
Any person other than those eneterd on the booking form must be registered
for insurance purposes for whhich a small fee will be charged. |
| h) |
Please consider others and keep noise to a mimimum, especially
at night. |
